False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are provided at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a three-year period.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites
These programs start off at NCV level 2 and the least necessity would then be Grade nine certificate with a pass read more in Mathematics.
Once the student finishes NCVLevel two, they would then have attained a grade ten certificate. NCV Level 3 would be grade eleven and NCV Level four is grade 12.
NCV Level four is at the exit level, currently being equivalent to a Nationwide Senior Certificate (NSC).
Grade 9 is on NQF level 1. Our NCV programmes start NCV amount 2 and that is equivalent to an NQF level 2.
On which sort of scholars are suited for these programmes, they say that the world is acknowledging that common schooling will not be necessarily the one way of becoming an artisan or turning out to be capable so if a student knows from an early age what their passions are, the NCV programme is definitely perfectly suited to that student.
False Bay TVET College will assist the student to become qualified in his field of interest. Students who want to become entrepreneurs will also have access to their Centre of Entrepreneurship on the Westlake Campus.
